Stage Management and Lighting Operation

2007-Present.

• Reporting to Head Stage Manager, working in a team of 6 to deliver effective management and audio-visual services for a busy annual schedule of varied events.
• Involved with a variety of events such as commercial rentals, corporate meetings and conferences and in-house promotions and bookings.
• Technical responsibility for installing and operating lighting and video equipment.
• Engage internally with Marketing, Learning and Participation, Programming and Electrical Departments on requirements. Collating information from across organisation and liaising with relevant departments to ensure events are delivered accurately, timely and safely. Ensuring post event feedback is communicated where relevant.
• Working with wide range of clients on a day-to-day basis including resident musicians and orchestras, visiting artists, external promotions teams, corporate bookers, and audience members.
• Lucky enough to provide lighting to some of my favourite artists, Josh Ritter, Glen Hansard, Dermot Kennedy, RTE Concert Orchestra and many more.
